{"id":567,"date":"2023-07-11T00:51:09","date_gmt":"2023-07-10T21:51:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anastasiamareluxury.gr\/?page_id=567"},"modified":"2023-07-11T00:54:34","modified_gmt":"2023-07-10T21:54:34","slug":"567-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.anastasiamareluxury.gr\/en\/567-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Reservation Policy &#038; Cancellation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><b>Reservation Policy<\/b><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For every reservation a deposit of\u00a0 30% of the total amount must be made.The rest 70%\u00a0 has to be paid upon arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the reservation is confirmed,either by phone call or Email,the deposit has to be sent within 2 business days to the given details.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceptable currency:Euro<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any additional charges concerning the deposit must be covered by the visitor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the 1\/1\/2018,according to the Law 4514\/2018,the Overnight Stay Tax has been in effect meaning that the amount of\u00a0 0,50\u20ac is added in the total price of the reservation(as per the legislation).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><b>Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><b>As long as you cancel your reservation for any reason possible<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at least 21 days prior to the arrival date,100% refund of the total deposit shall be granted ,minus any additional charges coming with the refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within 21 days prior to the arrival date,or in the case of not showing up on the established date,no refund of the deposit shall be granted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of departing earlier than the check-out date you are obliged to pay as compensation the 50% of the cost of the days remaining.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 180%;\"><strong>House Rules<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-In time: \u00a0 14:00hrs (without prior arrangement)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-Out time: \u00a0 11:00hrs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The visitors are responsible for any material damage caused in\u00a0 the room and will be charged extra for compensation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every visitor is\u00a0 responsible for their personal belongings and valuables (a safe is provided in every room).In no case does the accommodation bear any responsibility for any lost or damaged items.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of losing the key card there will be an additional charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By making a reservation you agree with the terms and conditions of our reservation and cancellation policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Common quiet hours: \u00a0 <\/span><b>15:00 to 17:30 &#8211;<\/b><b style=\"color: #555555; font-size: 14.4px;\">\u00a023:00 to 07:00<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accommodating more people than the agreed amount per night is forbidden<\/span><b>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pets are not allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cleaning schedule<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every guest room is scheduled for cleaning every 2 days from 9:00 to 15:00.If the visitor desires any extra cleaning service besides the regular one,it shall be charged accordingly,in agreement with the owner.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reservation Policy For every reservation a deposit of\u00a0 30% of the total amount must be made.The rest 70%\u00a0 has to be paid upon arrival.
